Hi hiiiiii! Welcome to week 20!  How was your weekend? 

Did you have any time to yourself? (I spent most of the weekend with my boys)

Did you get to rest?  (I had some chill time on Sunday) 

Did you do meal prep? (I relaxed cuz Mother’s Day!) 

Do you know what’s for dinner tonight?  I think we might have shrimp!

  • 30 minutes no screen after wakeup
  • fill out my Intentions for the week calendar
  • keep track of what I eat in my food journal
  • keep track of movement on Apple watch
  • move body daily- break a sweat
  • breath work
  • work in Currently workbook
  • check-in with calendar 
  • art time
  • floss daily
  • horoscope
  • connect with my spirit 
  • work in my hobonichi cousin
  • outdoor time/hike?
  • pull cards/journal/video
  • watch how much time I spend on the phone
  • tweeze things
  • paint nails
  • do a hair treatment
  • clean house + phone a friend
  • use my diffuser
  • eating meeting
  • steam facial
  • take vitamins
